Club training night: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 6.50pm North Leeds Cricket Club, Old Park Road, LS8 1JX
We have a choice of interval sessions on a Tuesday and different paced gorups on a Thursday evening. Experienced members share the responsibility of designing and leading sessions. We ensure the sessions are varied and suitable for runners of all abilities. Interval sessions usually last between 45 mins to an hour and can include a selection of tempo running, hill work, speed work etc. Thursday group runs last up to an hour.
All club training sessions are published on Spond and can be booked on to the week before.
