Main club training night: Thursdays, 6.50pm North Leeds Cricket Club, Old Park Road, LS8 1JX
Experienced members share the responsibility of designing and leading sessions. We ensure the sessions are varied and suitable for runners of all abilities. Interval sessions usually last about an hour and can include a selection of tempo running, hill work, speed work etc.
All club training sessions are published on Spond and can be booked on to the week before.
