Training Sessions

The weekly club training night: Thursdays, 7pm

We usually have at least 2 groups departing from the same meeting point on a Thursday. Experienced members share the responsibility of leading sessions which ensures a varied workout for all members and means we rarely run the same session twice. Sessions usually last about an hour and can include a selection of tempo running, hill work, speed work etc.

The plan for the session will be posted on Facebook a few days before

Other Sessions

Our members often organise longer runs on weekends or other evenings, taking advantage of the wide range of scenery available in North Leeds and Yorkshire in general. Please join our active Facebook group for the latest information.
