Parkrun Tourists – Wormwood Scrubs parkrun – 13/04/12

Mashals wanted to rescheduled Harewood House 10k

  As you might already know Age UK’s big 10K at Harewood House was rescheduled due to snow and will now take place on Sunday 28th April. Baildon Boundary Way – Sunday 7th April 2013

RR always like to support local races, and the Baildon Boundary Way this year proved to be a real gem that I’m sure will attract a larger RR participation next year.  It’s a half marathon route which is predominantly off-road but on reasonable footpaths.  There’s mud, forest, a narrow suspension bridge across the River Aire, canal tow paths, moorland and horse gallops.  Coupled with the friendly support around the course …Read More

Today’s intervals will be a hill session in the park with some sections on grass and some of the route on paths. Off road shoes will be helpful on the grass sections which are muddy in places but they are not essential.
